Abstract:
An integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor slab, comprising prefabricated panels (1), honeycomb steel beams (3), and cast-in-place concrete (4); one side surface of the prefabricated panel (1) is integrally provided with a plurality of box bodies (12) arranged in a matrix, and the periphery of the other side surface is provided with a connecting recessed groove (14); a preformed bolt hole (13) penetrating through the prefabricated panel (1) is arranged in the connecting recessed groove (14); the honeycomb steel beams (3) are used as the main beam and secondary beams of the steel structure of the floor slab; the surfaces of the prefabricated panels (1) without the box bodies are fixedly lapped between secondary beams or between the main beam and secondary beams, and adjacent prefabricated panels (1) are connected and fixed by a U-shaped hoop (2) penetrating the preformed bolt hole (13) to form a seam; the cast-in-place concrete (4) comprises a surface layer cast onto the box bodies (12) and cast-in-place concrete ribs cast between the box bodies (12) of adjacent preformed panels (1) and between the box bodies (12) and the main beam or secondary beams, the surface layer and the cast-in-place concrete ribs (41) being an integral structure. An assembly method for the integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor slab. The present floor slab and assembly method therefor achieve close two-way mechanical performance, reliable connection between the floor panels and peripheral members, elimination of the risk of the panel seams cracking, and improved assembly efficiency.
