Abstract:
An integrated anti-glare system for a vehicle headlamp, comprising: an inverted Fresnel • ripple-paraboloid lens and a grid plate array structure. The periphery of the inverted Fresnel • ripple-paraboloid lens is a reflective curved surface (23) of a paraboloid lens; one end of the inverted Fresnel • ripple-paraboloid lens is a circular stripe (21) of a Fresnel lens, and the other end is a plane of the Fresnel lens; the plane is engraved with strip-shaped ripples (221) to form a single-sided rippled lens (22). One end of the grid plate array structure (1) faces a light exiting port of a lamp and the other end is in abutting connection with the single-sided rippled lens; the grid plate array structure (1) comprises multiple grid plates (12) which are stacked at intervals. Front light emitted by a light source passes through the inverted Fresnel • ripple-paraboloid lens to form strip-shaped light spots for road illumination. Escaping light is reflected by the grid plate array structure (1), thus preventing the escaping light from direct irradiation to a driver. The integrated anti-glare system can provide sufficient brightness for road illumination and has good anti-glare effect.
