Abstract:
An integrated automatic sorting, transplanting, and replanting system for plug seedlings and an implementation method. The system consists of a target plug tray conveying and positioning mechanism (1), a seedling abandoning box (2), a stand (3), a single-claw replanting mechanism (4), a multi-claw sorting and transplanting mechanism (5), seedling taking claws (6), a detection module (7), and a source plug tray conveying and positioning mechanism (8). The detection module (7) and the single-claw replanting mechanism (4) are respectively located behind and in front of a multi-claw movable vertical plane (H); during seedling taking and transferring by multiple claws, a seedling taking area (A), a detection area (B), a seedling abandoning area (C), and a seedling placing area (D) are sequentially passed through; the first row of holes of a source plug tray (10) in a feeding direction and the other holes thereof are respectively used as a single-claw replanting seedling sourcing area (F) and a multi-claw transplanting seedling sourcing area (G). By means of nonstop detection and sorting during multi-claw transplanting as well as zonal seedling supply in the same tray and master-slave coordinated operating of multi-claw sorting and transplanting and single-claw replanting, integrated, simple, and efficient operating is implemented where tray seedlings are transplanted in rows, are detected and sorted nonstop, and are transplanted and replanted at all times, such that the complex and inefficient defects of a set of sorting, transplanting, and replanting systems are avoided.
