Provided are an integrated casting flange and a manufacturing process thereof, the integrated casting flange comprising a flange plate (1), an end cone (2) and a sensor nut (3). A bottom end of the end cone (2) is provided with a transitional part (5). The transitional part (5) and the end cone (2) are of an integrated structure. The end cone (2) is fixed on the flange plate (1) by means of the transitional part (5). An inner side surface of the transitional part (5) is flush with an inner side surface of the end cone (2). An outer side surface of the transitional part (5) is in the shape of an circular arc, and upper and lower ends of the outer side surface of the transitional part (5) respectively dock with the end cone (2) and the flange plate (1) in a smooth manner. A sensor mounting hole is provided on the end cone (2). The sensor nut (3) is fixed on the sensor mounting hole. The flange plate (1), the end cone (2) and the sensor nut (3) are formed by integrated casting. The flange has high intensity and good stability, improves the service life of a product, and ensures good tightness when connected to an engine. The product is stable, has high precision, and is not easily deformed, thereby significantly reducing an air leakage risk; and the manufacturing process of the flange has fewer process steps and shorter working hours, thereby reducing costs and saving on resources.
