Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated circuit for use in wireless power transfer. The integrated circuit may comprise: a boost controller, which is used for boosting and converting a system input into a direct current (DC) input; an oscillator, which is used for generating a frequency signal; a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) driver which is coupled to the oscillator; and a power switch which is coupled to the MOS driver. According to the frequency signal, the MOS driver may be configured to receive the frequency signal and drive the power switch to convert the DC input into an alternating current (AC) input of a resonant circuit which is connected to the integrated circuit.
