Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of circuits, and the embodiments thereof provide an integrated circuit and a control method therefor, a radio frequency transceiver, and a terminal. The gain of a link where an amplifier is located may be adjusted by utilizing a first attenuator and a second attenuator. The integrated circuit comprises an amplifying circuit. The amplifying circuit comprises an input end, an output end, an amplifier which is coupled between the input end and the output end, and a radio frequency signal transmission line, wherein the radio frequency signal transmission line is coupled with the amplifier. The amplifying circuit is used for amplifying a radio frequency signal coupled by the input end and then outputting the amplified radio frequency signal by means of the output end. The amplifying circuit further comprises the first attenuator and the second attenuator. The first attenuator comprises a plurality of first transistors coupled to ground, and under the control of a digital signal, the first attenuator is used for controlling the number of times the plurality of first transistors turn on and off. The second attenuator comprises a second transistor which is coupled to ground, and under the control of an analog signal, the second attenuator is used for adjusting the attenuation amount of the radio frequency signal by means of adjusting the impedance of the second transistor. The plurality of first transistors are connected in parallel to the second transistor.
