Abstract:
An integrated circuit for lighting and a method of controlling lighting are disclosed. The integrated circuit for lighting of the present invention can supply power from a power IC without separately generating the power needed for power line communication when remotely controlling lighting by using the power line communication, and thus increase cost competitiveness. In addition, by adopting a power IC structure capable of performing bidirectional communication with an external control unit, it is possible to recognize and control the state of the integrated circuit for lighting.
