Abstract:
An integrated circuit according to one embodiment disclosed herein comprises: a plurality of functional blocks; a spread spectrum clock (SSC) generator for generating an SSC on the basis of a frequency modulation rate value; a clock distribution circuit for distributing the generated SSC to the plurality of functional blocks; a memory for storing predetermined frequency modulation rate values corresponding to each of the plurality of functional blocks; and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit may be configured to control the SSC generator such that the SSC generator can generate the SSC at least on the basis of a smaller frequency modulation rate value of a first frequency modulation rate value and a second frequency modulation rate value corresponding to each of a first functional block and a second functional block that are active among the plurality of functional blocks. Other various embodiments known from the specification are also possible.
