Abstract:
An integrated device applied to quality inspection of preserved fruit products, comprising: an outer cylinder frame (1), an inner column (2) being fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the outer cylinder frame (1), the outer cylinder frame (1) and the inner column (2) being coaxially arranged, a feeding funnel (3) used for charging being fixedly embedded in the top edge of the inner column (2), and the bottom of the inner column (2) being coaxially sleeved with a sleeve (4) to form a sliding lifting structure; and further comprising: a first screen ring (5), the sleeve (4) being coaxially connected to the bottom surface of the inner side of the first screen ring (5), the first screen ring (5) being coaxially attached between the inner wall of the outer cylinder frame (1) and the outer wall of the inner column (2), a ring plate (6) being coaxially mounted on the bottom edge of the first screen ring (5), the outer wall of the ring plate (6) being in contact with the inner wall of the outer cylinder frame (1), and the inner side of the ring plate (6) being provided with pull rods (7) distributed at an equal angle. The integrated device applied to quality inspection of preserved fruit products has higher degree of automation, and during inspection, can automatically sort out incomplete products in preserved fruit products, thereby improving working efficiency and reducing labor intensity, and the device further has quantitative discharging capability, thereby achieving richer functions.
