Abstract:
An integrated discharge apparatus for carpet printing processing, comprising a conveyor platform (1), a feed end of the conveyor platform (1) being provided sequentially with fan-shaped adjustment arms (2), a dust removal press roller (3), and an air blowing plate (4), an elastic press roller (5) and an auxiliary roller (6) being connected between two fan-shaped adjustment arms (2), a plurality of universal rolling shafts (7) being distributed on the surface of the elastic press roller (5), and a plurality of shaping plates (8) being arranged on the surface of the auxiliary roller (6); each fan-shaped adjustment arm (2) is connected to an adjustment gear ring (10) by means of an extension rod (9), each adjustment gear ring (10) engaging with a compensation transmission apparatus (11) on the side of the conveyor platform (1); a discharge tail end of the conveyor platform (1) is connected to a cutting board (12) and an integrated box (13), a cutting mechanism (14) being arranged above the cutting board (12). The present apparatus has a rational design, and can adaptively change discharge angles according to the discharge requirements of different carpets, promptly clean surface dust, and rapidly collect material, thus improving working efficiency.
