Abstract:
An integrated easy-pull wide-mouth bottle cap, comprising a lower cap, an upper cap and an inner plug which are integrally molded. The lower cap has a polygonal cross-section, and the inner plug fitted with a bottle mouth is provided in the lower cap. An easy-to-tear seal is provided at a plug mouth of the inner plug, and a pull ring is provided on the easy-to-tear seal. A latching protrusion portion is provided at an inner wall edge of the lower cap connected to the bottle mouth. The bottle cap employs a polygonal structure, and the inner wall edge of the lower cap connected to the bottle mouth is provided with the latching protrusion portion, thereby ensuring accurate point-to-point positioning of the lower cap and the bottle mouth. The inner plug and the lower cap cooperate with the bottle mouth, which guarantees a sealing effect. In the foregoing manner, when the easy-to-tear seal is acted on by the pull ring, the bearing capacity of the easy-to-tear seal is balanced, and there will be no dilemma in which the pull ring is broken when tearing apart the easy-to-tear seal although the easy-to-tear seal has not yet been torn apart.
