Abstract:
An integrated electric air compressor and a fuel battery air inlet system using same. According to the integrated electric air compressor, a compressor assembly (3), a motor (1) and a motor controller (2) are integrated with a DC-DC converter (4); the DC-DC converter (4) is provided in a casing (21) of the motor controller (2); the motor controller (2) is connected to a rear end cover (15) of the motor (1); the compressor assembly (3) is mechanically coupled to the motor (1). Said air compressor has a self-starting function, reducing the number of connectors and pipelines used, achieving high degrees of integration and modularization and having a compact structure, facilitating installation, reducing the complexity and manufacturing cost of the system, and reducing the number of parts, the influence of exposed pipelines on the system, the assembling complexity of the system and the electromagnetic interference.
