Abstract:
Disclosed are an integrated electro-hydraulic driven regulating valve and a control method. The regulating valve comprises a valve body (17). A valve core and a valve rod (10) that are connected are arranged in the valve body (17). The valve rod (10) is connected to a lower piston rod (16) of a double-rod symmetrical hydraulic cylinder (12) through a flexible connecting sleeve (18). A valve position detection sensor is arranged at the top end of an upper piston rod (11) of the double-rod symmetrical hydraulic cylinder (12). An upper oil port (13) and a lower oil port (15) of the double-rod symmetrical hydraulic cylinder (12) are communicated with two oil outlets of a bidirectional gear pump (8), the bidirectional gear pump (8) is connected to a motor (7), and the motor (7) drives the bidirectional gear pump (8) to operate. A frequency converter is arranged on the motor (7) and connected to a single-chip microcomputer control unit. The integrated electro-hydraulic driven regulating valve is small in size and light in weight; a motor control function is achieved by combining the frequency converter and the common driving motor, so the integrated electro-hydraulic driven regulating valve has high cost performance; the output pressure and flow of an electro-hydraulic driven system can be automatically adjusted along with load change, the service life of the regulating valve can be prolonged, and long-time stable operation of the system is ensured, so the integrated electro-hydraulic driven regulating valve has high reliability.
