Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of bioengineering, and specifically, to an integrated extraction kit. The integrated extraction kit comprises a kit body, an extraction part, and an amplification part. The extraction part comprises a sample cavity, a mixing/reaction cavity, a treatment liquid cavity, a waste liquid cavity, and a transfer set. The transfer set comprises a first communication groove, a second communication groove, a third communication groove, a fourth communication groove, a movable communication set, and a power set. According to the present invention, the liquid in the sample cavity is allowed to enter the mixing/reaction cavity by means of adjusting the movable communication set, the liquid in the treatment liquid cavity is allowed to enter the mixing/reaction cavity by means of adjusting the movable communication set, and the liquid in the mixing/reaction cavity is allowed to enter the waste liquid cavity by means of adjusting the movable communication set. The kit body is provided with an amplification communication groove in communication with the amplification part. The liquid in the mixing/reaction cavity is allowed to enter the amplification part by means of adjusting the movable communication set. The present invention can be used for nucleic acid detection and analysis in conventional laboratory conditions and various portable detection scenes. The present invention features an automated and completely enclosed process with no manual intervention and no aerosol contamination, and thus possesses greatly reduced false negative and false positive rates.
