Abstract:
An integrated formed structure of front fork and disc brake base includes two front
fork pipes (1) whose lower ends are connected to an axle shaft with brake disk respectively.
There is an integrated formed disc brake base (2) disposed in the lower position
which is higher than the position of the axle shaft of one of the front fork pipes
(1). Said disc brake base (2) includes a main body (20) which extends integrally
from one side of the front fork pipe (1) and a cantilever (22) which extends a predetermined
distance from the upper inner side of the main body (20) and then parallel to the
inner surface of the main body (20). There is a vertical groove canati(23) formed
between the main body (20) and the cantilever (22), which is used for insertion
of the brake disk. The disc brake base (2) also includes a transverse hole (24)
which is vertical to and communicated with the vertical groove (23). There is
a brake assembly used for gripping and releasing the brake disk disposed within
the transverse hole (24).
