INTEGRATED FORMING MOLD FOR NEW ENERGY CASE WITH HEAT-DISSIPATION FINS

Provided is an integrated forming mold for a new energy case with heat-dissipation fins. The integrated forming mold comprises a fixed mold; a movable mold matching the fixed mold; and a pushing assembly, which is arranged at the bottom of the movable mold. The fixed mold comprises a fixed mold core, wherein a second forming portion for forming heat-dissipation fins is arranged in a first cavity in the fixed mold core, and several second cavities for forming the heat-dissipation fins are arranged in the second forming portion; and the fixed mold further comprises an auxiliary pushing assembly for pushing the heat-dissipation fins, wherein the auxiliary pushing assembly comprises a push rod and a pushing module that drives the push rod. When the pushing assembly pulls the movable mold to open the mold, the pushing module drives the push rod to extend into the second cavities, such that the heat-dissipation fins are prevented from getting stuck in the second cavities, thereby improving forming efficiency. The present invention is convenient to use and has a simple structure.
