Abstract:

An integrated gas sensor structure according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a filament disposed on one side of the substrate; an optical detector disposed on the other side of the substrate; an optical filter unit disposed between the one side and the other side of the substrate to allow a light having a selective wavelength band to pass therethrough; and a housing unit which is disposed on the substrate, houses the optical filter unit, the filament, and the optical detector therein, and includes a reflective layer formed on the inner surface thereof to reflect light.
