Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated heat exchanger for a vehicle, in which an exhaust gas heat exchanging part (an EGR cooler) and an oil heat exchanging part (an oil cooler) are integrated and provided to optimize the use of space within the vehicle. The integrated heat exchanger for the vehicle includes: a housing in which an exhaust gas heat exchanging part and an oil heat exchanging part are integrally and closely attached, where the exhaust gas heat exchanging part has one side connected to a cooling water inflow tube through which cooling water is introduced; and a plurality of exhaust gas tubes stacked with a predetermined distance therebetween within the housing. An exhaust gas channel may be defined within each of the exhaust gas tubes, and a first cooling water channel communicating with the cooling water inflow tube may be defined between the exhaust gas tubes adjacent to each other. Also, the oil heat exchanging part may include a plurality of plates which are stacked with a predetermined distance therebetween, and a plurality of oil channels and a plurality of second cooling water channels may be alternately defined between the plurality of plates. Also, a cooling water discharge tube through which the cooling water is discharged may be connected to one side of the upper end of the oil heat exchanging part, and the lower end of the oil heat exchanging part and the top surface of the exhaust gas heat exchanging part of the housing may be coupled to each other by using at least one mounting plate as a medium. Also, the first cooling water channel of the exhaust gas heat exchanging part and the second cooling water channel of the oil heat exchanging part may be sealed and communicate with each other at one side of the mounting plate, and the second cooling water channel may communicate with the cooling water discharge tube.
