Abstract:
An integrated hydraulic machine comprises the following devices sequentially arranged from bottom to top: a base (1), a rectangular support column (2), a turnplate (3), a vertically movable stamping and molding apparatus (5), a hydraulic cylinder (6), and a control panel (10). The rectangular support column (2) is provided at one side of the base (1). A rotary shaft (7) and a motor (8) drive the turnplate (3) to rotate above the base (1). A plurality of shock absorbing compression springs (9) are connected between the turnplate (3) and the base (1). The hydraulic cylinder (6) is provided at a top portion of the vertically movable stamping and molding apparatus (5) and moves up and down with the vertically movable stamping and molding apparatus (5). At least two guide posts are further provided between the vertically movable stamping and molding apparatus (5) and the base (1) close to the rectangular support column (2). The control panel (10) is connected to one side of the rectangular support column (2). The hydraulic machine realizes integration of control and stamping and has favorable raising/lowering performance.
