Claims
[1] A method of managing enterprise integration information, comprising the steps of: transmitting enterprise information from at least one enterprise computer 200 to a server apparatus 100 and storing the transmitted enterprise information in the server apparatus 100; allowing an advisory board member computer 300, connected to the server apparatus 100, to read the enterprise information and generate consultation data corresponding to the enterprise information; transmitting the generated consultation data to the corresponding enterprise computer 200 or the server apparatus 100 and storing the consultation data in the corresponding enterprise computer 200 or the server apparatus 100; and transmitting the consultation data to the corresponding computer and displaying the consultation data on the corresponding computer at the request of the enterprise computer 200 or a member computer 400 connected to the server apparatus 100.
[2] The method of claim 1, wherein the enterprise information comprises at least one of production information, sales information, financial affairs information, business information, management information, personal affairs information, salary information, and insurance information.
[3] The method of claim 1, wherein the consultation data comprises at least one of the enterprise's credit rating data, accounting data, tax affairs data, management consultation data, and insurance management data.
[4] The method of claim 1, wherein the advisory board member computer 300 is accessed by at least one of an accountant, a licensed tax accountant, a certified labor affairs consultant, and a business consultant accesses.
[5] The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the consultation data is performed by an accounting management program or a tax affairs management program included in the advisory board member computer 300.
[6] The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of transmitting and displaying the consultation data, the member computer 400 is assigned with a security grade and the consultation data is selectively transmitted and displayed on the corresponding computer based on the assigned security grade.
[7] The method of claim 1, wherein the enterprise information and the generated consultation data transmitted to the server apparatus 100 is transmitted to and displayed on the enterprise computer 200 or the member computer 400 in realtime. |

Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an enterprise information management method, and more particularly, to a method of managing enterprise integration information, which can manage various pieces of enterprise information professionally and integrally using the Internet and offer the enterprise information to members in real-time. [2] In general, in order to operate and manage an enterprise, professional management is required in various fields, including not only the staff s personal affairs, salary, and welfare, but tax affairs, accounts, sales, trade, production, materials fields, etc.
[3] Meanwhile, in the case where an enterprise desires to receive a business consulting o r professional service on a field basis, since it must entrusts the field-based business consulting or professional service to a specialized consulting firm individually, a lot of expenses are incurred to thereby inflict an economical burden on the enterprise. For example, an enterprise's tax affairs/accounting management is very complicated and must be handled by a person-in-charge who has a technical skill in this field.
[4] Further, in the rapidly changing industry, various pieces of business information is not reflected or completed rapidly. For this reason, there occurs a case where the timing for an important decision is lost or late. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above problems occurring in the prior art, and a first object of the present invention is to provide a method of managing enterprise integration information, in which associated information, such as various tax affairs, accounts, and operations necessary for an enterprise management, can be input easily and consulted in real-time.
[6] A second object of the present invention is to provide a method of managing enterprise integration information, in which the input of various pieces of information and the inquiry of consultation data can be implemented over a network in real-time, and an enterprise secret, etc., can be managed by setting security grades to respective members.
[7] A third object of the present invention is to provide a method of managing enterprise integration information, in which an enterprise's financial assets, an enterprise value, an investment value, a future value, and so on can be evaluated based on the
enterprise's financial affairs, accounts, tax affairs, management information, etc., which are input, and external public trust can be improved by authenticating civil affair documents, such as a certificate of financial statements or an audit report. Technical Solution
[8] The above objects of the present invention can be accomplished by a method of managing enterprise integration information, including the steps of: transmitting enterprise information from at least one enterprise computer 200 to a server apparatus 100 and storing the transmitted enterprise information in the server apparatus 100; allowing an advisory board member computer 300, connected to the server apparatus 100, to read the enterprise information and generate consultation data corresponding to the enterprise information; transmitting the generated consultation data to the corresponding enterprise computer 200 or the server apparatus 100 and storing the consultation data in the corresponding enterprise computer 200 or the server apparatus 100; and transmitting the consultation data to the corresponding computer and displaying the consultation data on the corresponding computer at the request of the enterprise computer 200 or a member computer 400 connected to the server apparatus 100.
[9] Further, the enterprise information includes at least one of production information, sales information, financial affairs information, business information, management information, personal affairs information, salary information, and insurance information.
[10] Moreover, the consultation data includes at least one of the enterprise's credit rating data, accounting data, tax affairs data, management consultation data, and insurance management data.
[11] In addition, the advisory board member computer 300 is accessed by at least one of an accountant, a licensed tax accountant, a certified labor affairs consultant, and a business consultant accesses.
[12] The step of generating the consultation data is performed by an accounting management program or a tax affairs management program included in the advisory board member computer 300.
[13] In the step of transmitting and displaying the consultation data, the member computer

Advantageous Effects
[15] In accordance with the method of managing enterprise integration information, associated information, such as various tax affairs, accounts, and operations necessary for an enterprise management, can be input easily and consulted in real-time. Accordingly, expenses and time can be saved, and e-business environment can be constructed.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[39] The present invention will now be described in detail in connection with a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a hardware network for a method of managing enterprise integration information in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, an enterprise computer 200, an advisory board member computer 300, a member computer 400 and a software developer computer 500 are interconnected on the basis of a server apparatus 100 connecting to the Internet.
[40] The server apparatus 100 is embedded with a WWW server enabling a homepage, having a specific URL, to be operated and also embedded with a database server, an e- mail server, etc. Further, the server apparatus 100 has an Application Service Provider (ASP) (on-line program lease service), i.e., software installed therein. Further, the server apparatus 100 has an ERP solution installed therein.
[41] The enterprise computer 200 can become a PC of small and medium enterprises, which requires integrated information management. Through this enterprise computer 200, an enterprise's production information (production target, an output, inventories, etc.), sales information (daily volume of sales, the accumulated volume of sales, etc.), information of tax affairs (tax account, processing costs, the corporation tax, the Grade A earned income tax, a local tax, a value-added tax, etc.), information of financial affairs, business information (the number of retail stores, selling information, etc.), management information, information of personal affairs (a chief director level, the chief of a department level, a section chief level, temporary workers, etc.), salary information (a salary grade, a salary system, an allowance, a bonus, retirement grants, etc.), and insurance information (a national pension, medical insurance, industrial disaster insurance, etc) are input. [42] The advisory board member computer 300 is a computer to which experts, such as an accountant, a licensed tax accountant, a certified labor affairs consultant, a lawyer, and a business consultant can gain access. For example, an accounting management program or a tax affairs management program is installed in the advisory board member computer 300 to which an accountant or a licensed tax accountant gains access. Accordingly, the advisory board member computer 300 receives previously designated information (for example, information of tax affairs and accounts) from the server apparatus 100 and automatically inputs the received information to the accounting management program or the tax affairs management program, thus creating desired results (bookkeeping, account book bookkeeping, amount settlement, etc.). At this time, an accountant or a licensed tax accountant can monitor the execution process of the program and may further input consultation contents, if appropriate, or modify numerical values, and so on. Although tax affairs and accounts have been described as an example, the consultation data may include an enterprise's credit rating data, operation consultation data, insurance management data and the like. The generated data of the advisory board member computer 300 is sent to the server apparatus 100 and stored therein.
[43] In particular, in the event of credit rating data, a credit rating, an investment grade, and a future value grade of a corresponding enterprise are automatically determined (for example, AAA rating, AAb rating, etc.) based on criteria, which have been previously input and designated by financial experts, operation experts, etc. The determined enterprise evaluation data is provided to not only the CEO of an enterprise, but investors, etc., who access the member computer 400 and thus utilized as financial information.
[44] The member computer 400 is a personal computer to which a member (for example, a person in charge or a CEO) who belongs to an enterprise, or a third party subscribes as a member and gains access. After subscribing to the server apparatus 100 as a member and downloading and installing ActiveX, the member computer 400 can display specific information or data downloaded from the server apparatus 100. A member pays a fee, such as a monthly fee and an added information use fee in order to use the member computer 400.
[45] In particular, the member computer 400 assigns security grades according to a member's identity (for example, a person, an enterprise associated persons, investors, public service personnel, people who work in the media, etc.). The security grades are classified into a plurality of levels, and an authority to access information or data stored in the server apparatus 100 is limited according to the level. The reason why the

[58] FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a process of allowing the advisory board member computer 300 to generate consultation data in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, various pieces of enterprise information is first input through the enterprise computer 200. The input information is input to the server apparatus 100. The server apparatus 100 informs the advisory board member computer 300 that there is input or change of data. In response thereto, the advisory board member computer 300 receives the information from the server apparatus 100 and generates consultation data. In this case, the server apparatus 100 classifies the enterprise information according to previously designated classes and transmits the information to the corresponding advisory board member computer 300. For example, since a tax affairs management program is installed in the advisory board member computer 300 to which a licensed tax accountant gains access, pieces of information necessary to execute the tax affairs management program are transmitted to the corresponding advisory board member computer 300. Furthermore, since an accounting management program is installed in the advisory board member computer 300 to which an accountant gains access, pieces of information necessary to execute the accounting management program are transmitted to the corresponding advisory board member computer 300.
[59] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3, processes, including management environment analysis and diagnosis (S200), internal environment analysis and diagnosis (S210), financial environment analysis and diagnosis (S220), production environment analysis and diagnosis (S230), business environment analysis and diagnosis (S240), management environment analysis and diagnosis (S250), and business operator analysis and diagnosis (S250) can be performed sequentially within one advisory board member computer 300 or can be performed in parallel in several advisory board member computers 300 and then collected by the server apparatus 100. To this end, a program capable of performing corresponding analysis and diagnosis is installed in each advisory board member computer 300.
[60] Hereinafter, a method of managing enterprise integration information is described in detail. First, several companies input their enterprise information through their own enterprise computers 200 and transmit the enterprise information to the server apparatus 100 over the Internet. This input process is the whole process that has to be processed by an enterprise.
[61] Next, the server apparatus 100 classifies the input information according to the classification of committee members and transmits it to the advisory board member computer 300. The advisory board member computer 300 generates consultation data
using a program embedded therein based on the received information. At this time, the committee members can supervise the generated consultation data, input consultation opinions or modify the consultation data (for example, an increase of a management target, etc.), if needed. The generated consultation data is first transmitted to the server apparatus 100 and stored therein.
[62] Thereafter, when there is a request from the enterprise computer 200 or the member computer 400 connected to the server apparatus 100, the server apparatus 100 transmits the generated consultation data to a corresponding computer according to a security grade and displays the consultation data on the computer. This process is performed in real-time, so that members and companies can easily understand necessary integrated information at an appropriate time. Further, management diagnosis data can be generated and provided periodically.
[63] A recording medium according to the present invention can be read by a computer and have a series of command recorded thereon. An example of this recording medium can include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magnetic reel tape, an optical disk (including CD, DVD, blue-ray disk, etc.), a semiconductor memory (including RAM, ROM, EEPROM, USB memory, CF memory, SD memory, etc.) or the like. However, it should be construed that the recording medium of the present invention is not limited to the above media, but any medium may be used as long as it can have electronic data recorded thereon and can maintain and read the data.
