Abstract:
An integrated injection molding plastic drift skate comprises a plastic drift skate frame (1), drift skate wheels (2), and twin-lock bolts (3). The plastic drift skate frame (1) is formed by plastic injection molding. Two downward wheel-fork pieces are connected to the bottom surface of a panel of the plastic drift skate frame (1). The two wheel-fork pieces are parallel transversely to form a longitudinal slot having an opening facing downwards. The front lower corners and rear lower corners of the two wheel-fork pieces are provided with a mutual opposite penetration hole, separately. The lower side of the edge of the panel of the plastic drift skate frame (1) is a downward vertical edge. Transverse and longitudinal reinforcing ribs are disposed on the bottom surface of the panel of the plastic drift skate frame (1). The reinforcing ribs, the vertical edge, and the wheel-fork pieces are connected. A deep groove ball bearing is embedded into the middles of two sides of the drift skate wheels (2), separately. The twin-lock bolts (3) comprise screw tubes and bolts. The two screw tubes penetrate into the mutual opposite penetration holes at the front lower corner and rear lower corner of the two wheel-fork pieces of the plastic drift skate frame and inner holes of the bearings in the centers of the two drift skate wheels, and the two bolts are screwed into threaded holes of the two screw tubes, thereby manufacturing the integrated injection molding plastic drift skate. The plastic drift skate frame is formed by integrated injection molding, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process, reducing the cost, and diversifying the color of the drift skate.
