Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an integrated inorganic EL display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The integrated inorganic EL display device can comprise: a touch input unit for receiving a touch input of a user; an inorganic EL display unit arranged on the touch input unit and comprising an inorganic EL for emitting light in a predetermined pattern; and a control circuit unit arranged on the touch input unit or the inorganic EL display unit and making the inorganic EL display unit emit light according to the touch input.
