Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated intelligent vertical-pipeline online liquid density transmitter, comprising a fluid passage (1), an upper pressure sensing device (21a), a lower pressure sensing device (21b), and a signal converter (2) mounted between the upper pressure sensing device (21a) and the lower pressure sensing device (21b), wherein one side of the fluid passage (1) is provided with openings for mounting the upper pressure sensing device (21a) and the lower pressure sensing device (21b), and the upper pressure sensing device (21a) and the lower pressure sensing device (21b) are provided with signal lines for sending signals to the signal converter (2). The integrated intelligent vertical-pipeline online liquid density transmitter is simple in structure and is convenient to install. Online monitoring is carried out by measuring fluid in real time by the upper pressure sensing device (21a) and the lower pressure sensing device (21b) mounted on one side of the passage, and then sending obtained signals to the signal converter (2) to accurately and quickly obtain a measurement result.
