Abstract:
Disclosed are an integrated material returning and crushing system with multiple vertically arranged towers, and a crushing process thereof. The integrated system comprises a material crushing production line and at least two single towers (12), wherein a placement frame (2, 3) is correspondingly provided in each of the single towers (12); each placement frame (2, 3) is at least configured to have two layers, and the layers of the same placement frame (2, 3) have a difference in height therebetween; each layer of the placement frame (2, 3) is provided with a crushing machine (4, 5, 6) or a vibrating sieve (7) or a feeding machine (1) arranged according to the sequence of feeding, crushing and screening of materials; and the vibrating sieve (7) at a tail end of the material production line is provided with an accepted material outlet and a rejected material outlet, and the rejected material outlet is connected, via a material returning device (13), to the crushing machine (4, 5, 6) or the feeding machine (1) directly conveying materials to the vibrating sieve (7). The integrated system is arranged and managed in a centralized manner, can save the amount of space occupied, and is further provided with the material returning device for improving the material acceptance rate.
