An integrated and modularized vehicle thermal management system (100), comprising: an air conditioning box (130) provided with a warm air core body (108); a refrigeration circulation loop comprising a compressor (101), a first heat exchanger (102) and a second heat exchanger (103), wherein the compressor (101), the first heat exchanger (102) and the second heat exchanger (103) are in cyclical communication with one another to form a first refrigeration branch; and a cooling circulation loop comprising an electric motor electrical controller (112) and a battery (111), wherein an outlet of the electric motor electrical controller (112), the second heat exchanger (103), the battery (111), and an inlet of the electric motor electrical controller (112) are in cyclical communication with one another. An outlet of the first heat exchanger (102), the warm air core body (108) and an inlet of the first heat exchanger (102) are in cyclical communication with one another; and the refrigeration circulation loop cyclically exchanges heat with the cooling circulation loop by means of the first heat exchanger (102) and the second heat exchanger (103).
