Abstract:
An integrated multifunctional flue gas waste heat recovery tower, which is used for the recovery and utilization of waste heat of flue gas from furnaces in cogeneration power plants. The flue gas enters a recovery tower body (3) from a flue gas inlet, passes through a desulfurization spray layer (5), and then flows evenly through a flue gas distributor (7) to a desulfurization spray layer (8). A demister (9) is provided above the desulfurization spray layer (8), and an exhaust port connected to a flue gas pipe extending into a chimney (25) is provided above the demister (9). The waste heat recovery tower is also connected to a plate heat exchanger (30), which reduces the temperature of circulating spray water entering the waste heat recovery tower. The return water from a heating network is heated by the plate heat exchanger (30) and then enters a heating network heater for further heating, and is sent to the heating network upon reaching operation requirements. The present integrated multifunctional flue gas waste heat recovery tower can simultaneously perform denitrification, desulfurization, dust removal, and condensate recovery on flue gas, thereby saving floor space and reducing investment and operation costs.
