Abstract:
An integrated nucleic acid analysis system and a method for measuring at least one target nucleic acid in a sample. The integrated nucleic acid analysis system comprises at least one digital microfluidic (DMF) apparatus (100); the DMF apparatus (100) comprises a bottom plate (300), a cover plate (200), and an instrument for performing a series of operations comprising magnetic bead (500) extraction, purification, thermal amplification, and optical measurement of nucleic acids on a sample in the DMF apparatus (100). Nucleic acid extraction and purification are based on a magnetic bead method, the magnetic beads (500) are moved to different functional areas on a DMF chip by means of an instrument, such as a cracking tank, a cleaning tank, and an elution tank. The system integrates sample processing and detection on the DMF chip, and the entire detection operation process is automatically completed by means of corresponding instruments, so as to reduce manual operation errors, reduce the cross-contamination, and improve the detection speed.
