Abstract:

An integrated optical film production method is disclosed, the integrated optical film production method comprising the steps of: (a) coating a curable resin onto a first mould; (b) covering the upper surface of the resin, which has been coated onto the first mould, with a substrate layer; (c) forming a first layer by passing light through the resin covered by the substrate layer; (d) coating a curable resin onto a second mould; (e) covering the upper surface of the resin, which has been coated onto the second mould, with a first curable contact layer having a mould-release film laminated onto the upper surface thereof, and then forming a second layer in a cured state by passing light through same; (f) removing the mould-release film and laminating the first layer and the substrate layer, which have been detached from the first mould, onto the first curable contact layer; and (g) forming a two-layer optical film by integrating the laminated layers by passing light through same and detaching the second mould.
