Disclosed is an integrated payment management method using a mobile application. The method comprises the steps of: executing one payment application via a mobile terminal; when the one payment application is executed, displaying a plurality of payment menus via the mobile terminal; executing, via the mobile terminal, a payment request made via one payment menu selected among the plurality of displayed payment menus; when the payment request is executed, executing, via the mobile terminal, one security module, among a plurality of security modules, that corresponds to the selected one payment menu; when the one security module is executed, inputting, via the mobile terminal, a password corresponding to the selected payment menu; and completing the payment if the inputted password matches the selected payment menu, wherein the plurality of payment menus correspond to a plurality of online or offline payment cards.
