Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated physical type oily sewage treatment device, comprising a box body. The upper part of the box body is provided with a rectangular body, and the lower part of the box body is of a multi-hopper bottom structure. Oil collecting boxes are respectively provided outside the walls of both ends of the box body, a sludge discharge port is provided at the lower part of the box body, a water outlet port and an electric polarizer are provided at the lower part of a water outlet end face of the box body, and a power source of an electric adsorber is provided on a liquid inlet end at the top of the box body; the interior of the box body is separated into three treatment units by means of a lower flow guide plate and an upper flow guide plate, namely an oil and sludge separating unit, a degrading and coalescence treatment unit, and a settlement and electric polarization treatment unit. By means of the device, an eddy centripetal air floatation method is used for oil removal, the electric adsorption and adhesive gathering are used for discoloring, and the electric polarization is used for preventing scale, removing scale, sterilizing and inhibiting corrosion; the physical treatment is completed according to the principles of centrifugal force, buoyancy, gravity, adsorption force, coalescence force, inertia, speed change, direction change, settlement and the like; the green and environment-friendly effects are realized, the safe and pollution-free effects are achieved, the treatment effect is good, and the integrated physical type oily sewage treatment device can be widely applied to the treatment of oily sewage.
