Abstract:
An integrated process of hot stamping and die trimming, comprising the steps of blanking, preheating of a trimming die, heating, primary transfer, hot stamping and in-die primary quenching, secondary transfer, carbon distribution and die trimming, die opening and secondary quenching, post-processing, and the like. Compared with the prior art, this process can obtain ultra-high strength steel products with high strength and good plasticity; by performing die trimming simultaneously in a carbon distribution stage, carbon distribution time can be utilized more effectively so as to increase the production rate of a Q&P hot stamping process; since the deformation resistance of sheet metal in the carbon distribution stage is low, abrasion of the trimming die can be significantly reduced, an existing laser trimming method for ultra-high strength steel can thus be replaced with the die trimming, and thus the production cycle is greatly shortened.
