Abstract:
An integrated sampling box structure for sampling, comprising a sampling container (1), an eluent reservoir (6), a waste liquid cylinder (7), an eluent power pump (5), and a peristaltic pump (12). The structure relates to the technical field of microbiological detection, and mainly consists of a negative-pressure air suction device, a microorganism lysate, adsorption particles, and an eluent (10). An air extraction device is utilized to adsorb air by means of negative pressure, so that the air flows through a liquid collection area at constant air flow per minute. Under the action of the microorganism lysate and the adsorption particles in the microorganism lysate, bacteria or virus particles in the air are collected in a small-volume liquid, and meanwhile, collected microorganisms are lysed, so that DNA or RNA of the microorganisms is released and adsorbed onto the adsorption particles; afterwards, the DNA or RNA is eluted with a DNA or RNA eluent by means of on-line filtration, for detecting the number of the microorganisms in the air.
