Abstract:
An integrated sensor, comprising a base (1) and a sensing part disposed in the base (1). An upper end of the base (1) sleeves with an upper cover (14) which moves independently relative to the base; a compression spring (16) is disposed between the base (1) and the upper cover (14). In a process of being pushed down, the upper cover (14) has an abutment linkage with the sensing part arranged in the base (1). The sensor is reasonable in structure. If the temperature of an inner pot (62) rises to a set anti-dry-burning value, a contact piece A (33) disconnects from a contact piece B (34) to cut off the main control board circuit to realize a power-off protection, and after the temperature of a contact plate B (34) decreases, the circuit can be connected again. If the temperature exceeds an anti-dry-burning limit, a temperature sensing board (43) initiates a thermal cutoff function, a fuse core (41) is directly melted by high temperature, and a heating circuit is forcibly cut off to achieve protection. A temperature sensing piece (37) and an insulating support (22) serve as stress reaction parts, reducing disconnection of a lead welding spot, and prolonging overall service life.
