Abstract:
An integrated solar panel provided with a water-cooled structure, comprising a body (1), a heat exchange chamber (20), a guide pipe (8), a heat absorption tube bank (9) and a condensate outlet (18); a steel frame (4) is disposed on the upper side of the body (1); a solar panel (3) is disposed on the upper side of the steel frame (4); a support (7) is installed on the bottom of the body (1); a heat exchange water tank (6) is disposed within the body (1); the heat exchange chamber (20) is disposed within the heat exchange water tank (6); a heat exchange tube bank (12) is disposed within the heat exchange chamber (20); a water outlet (11) is disposed on the right side of the upper portion of the heat exchange chamber (20); a water inlet (13) is disposed on the right side of the lower portion of the heat exchange chamber (20); a condensate inlet (19) is disposed on the upper side of the heat exchange chamber (20); an expansion valve (10) and a circulating water pump (17) are disposed on one side of the guide pipe (8); one side of the guide pipe (8) is connected with the heat absorption tube bank (9); the heat absorption tube bank (9) is disposed within the solar panel (3); and the heat absorption tube bank (9) forms a loop with the heat exchange water tank (6) by means of the guide pipe (8). The water-cooled structure has strong heat absorption capacity so that the solar panel can be cooled thoroughly and the quality of the solar panel is guaranteed.
