Abstract:
Provided is an integrated solid-liquid state fermentation device for vinegar, comprising a sieve plate (2) at a lower middle part of a box (1). The sieve plate (2) divides the box (1) into upper and lower cavities, wherein the upper cavity is provided therein with a solid material circulating fermentation system, and the lower cavity is provided with a temperature control system and a ventilation system. The box (1) is provided with a vinegar circulating and spraying system at an outer side thereof. The vinegar circulating and spraying system connects, by means of a pipe, a bottom part of the box (1) to a vinegar-spraying nozzle (54) at a top portion of the inside of the box (1).
