Abstract:
An integrated stainless steel pipe production line, comprising: a melting furnace (1), a steel pipe forming device (2), a water cooling tank (3), an infrared correction worktable (4), a tempering treatment device (5), an air-cooling device (6) and a collecting apparatus (7), which are connected in sequence; the steel pipe forming device (2) comprises a steel pipe forming worktable (21), a lower steel pipe mold (22), a core rod (23) and a transparent sliding cover body (27); by means of a sliding track (24) and a sliding power source (25), the lower steel pipe mold (22) automatically controls the same to slidingly unload a molded steel pipe onto the steel pipe forming worktable (21), the core rod (23) being connected to a steel pipe mold cavity (221) of the lower steel pipe mold (22) by means of a clamping power source (26) and moving left and right, while the melting furnace delivers molten steel to the steel pipe mold cavity (221) of the lower steel pipe mold (22) of the steel pipe forming device (2) by means of a telescopic feeding pipe (8). The stainless steel pipe production line has a high degree of automation and a short production cycle.
