Abstract:
An integrated steel section production device, comprising a forming and punching apparatus (1), a stacking apparatus (2), a material storage apparatus (3), a welding apparatus (4) and a turning apparatus (5) which are arranged sequentially along a sheet material movement direction. The welding apparatus comprises a conveying apparatus (41, 42, 8), a limiting assembly for positioning a steel section in four directions, and welding torch assemblies (46) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the steel section. The conveying apparatus (41, 42, 8) drives the steel section to move for welding by the welding torch assemblies (46).
