Abstract:
Disclosed are an integrated structure of a spoke plate (1) and a hub (2) for a sport bicycle, and a speed change chain wheel having the integrated structure. The integreted structure of the spoke plate (1) and the hub (2) comprises the spoke plate (1) and the hub (2) integrally manufactured, wherein the spoke plate (1) is located at one end of the hub (2), and a connecting structure is arranged on the outer circle part of the spoke plate (1). The spoke plate (1) and the hub (2) are integrally formed into an integrated part, and after the integrated part is axially connected to a conic hollow body structure (8) with a small-end gear ring (7) to form an integrated speed change chain wheel, one half of an axial section of the integrated part is a firm triangular supporting structure, so that the strength and rigidity of the chain wheel are greatly improved, and the integrated structure is particularly suitable for the bicycle ridden by a competition type rider. The spoke plate (1) and the hub (2) are an integrally-manufactured part, so that it is easy to guarantee the manufacturing accuracy of the spoke plate and the hub, the accuracy obtained after assembling operation can be improved, and the speed change performance of the chain wheel can be guaranteed. The integrated structure of the spoke plate (1) and the hub (2) for a sport bicycle and the speed change chain wheel having the integrated structure are simple in structure, convenient to machine, low in cost, and convenient in application and to popularize.
