An integrated system for automatic forming, picking, and inspection of a grinding wheel mesh piece, and a method therefor. The system comprises a visual inspection system (1), a conveying system (2), a cutting system (3), and a picking system (4). The conveying system (2) is used to precisely control conveying operation of a cutting section conveying platform (51) and a picking section conveying platform (52). The visual inspection system (1) is used to acquire an image of a grinding wheel mesh, establish virtual cutting layout origin coordinates and center coordinates of a grinding wheel mesh piece obtained by cutting, and perform defect recognition and demarcation of passing and failing center coordinates for the grinding wheel mesh. The cutting system (3) is used to cut the grinding wheel mesh that has been moved to the cutting section conveying platform (51) so as to obtain a circular grinding wheel mesh piece. The picking system (4) is used to pick up and classify the grinding wheel mesh piece that has been moved to the picking section conveying platform (52) according to whether the grinding wheel mesh piece has passed or failed and stack the same on a stacking station of a production line.
