Abstract:
An integrated system for biological particle gasification combustion and steam generation comprises a gasifier (100), a steam generating device (200), a steam/water separator (300), and a mixer (400). The gasifier (100) is provided with a biomass gas outlet (111), a biological particle inlet (113), and a gasifying agent inlet (112). The steam generating device (200) comprises a burner (210) and a water jacket (230) so as to create steam by using heat generated by burning biomass gas. The steam/water separator (300) is provided with a steam/water inlet (310), a first steam outlet (320), and a second steam outlet (330). The steam/water inlet (310) communicates with the water jacket (230) by means of a pipeline, so as to remove liquid water from water/steam from the water jacket (230) and obtain pure steam through separation. The first steam outlet (320) supplies 70%-90% of total steam to a steam customer by using a pipeline. The second steam outlet (330) communicates with the mixer (400), and supplies 10%-30% of the total steam into the mixer (400). A mixed-gas outlet of the mixer (400) communicates with the gasifying agent inlet (112) of the gasifier (100) by using a pipeline, so as to supply a mixed gas formed by steam and air to the gasifier (100).
