Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated tearing and pulling type crown cap, comprising a crown cap body (2), wherein the top and a side face of the crown cap body (2) are provided, in a cutting manner, with two continuous tensile force lines (1) with a certain depth and spacing; the side face, between the two tensile force lines, of the crown cap body (2) is provided, in an extending manner, with a tearing and pulling ring (4) integral with the crown cap body; the width of the root portion of the tearing and pulling ring (4) is not larger than the spacing between the two tensile force lines (1); and the joint between each of the root portions of the two tensile force lines (1) and a gear ring is provided with a notch (3) with a width of 0.5 mm and a length of 2 mm, and the angle spanning the two notches (3) is 8/21 of the circularity. The premise that sealing is guaranteed, the crown cap has a better tearing and pulling performance, is more labor-saving and convenient to open, and is easier to release from a bottle opening after the bottle cap is torn and pulled off.
