Abstract:
An integrated pressure and temperature reducing device, comprising a secondary steam pipe (1) and a temperature and pressure reducing mechanism arranged within the secondary steam pipe (1); the temperature and pressure reducing mechanism comprises an upper valve cover (4) and a spool (5); the spool (5) is provided with a plurality of pressure reducing holes, and a valve stem (9) is inserted at one end of the spool (5); an end of the valve stem (9) which is close to the spool (5) is provided with a water supply passage (9-1), an outer peripheral surface of the valve stem (9) is provided with a plurality of water inlet holes (9-2) which are in communication with the water supply passage (9-1); the other end of the spool (5) is inserted with a temperature reducing water pipe (10), and an end of the temperature reducing water pipe (10) which is close to the valve stem (9) is provided with a water outlet passage (10-1), the water outlet passage (10-1) communicates with the water supply passage (9-1); an outer peripheral surface of an end of the temperature reducing water pipe (10) which is far away from the spool (5) is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes (10-2), and the water outlet holes (10-2) communicate with the water outlet passage (10-1). The device increases the contact area between a primary steam and temperature reducing water, thereby ensuring good temperature and pressure reducing results. The device has high adjustment accuracy and a compact structure.
