Abstract:
An integrated thrombus prevention device capable of synchronous pulling and sequential-compression, solving the problem of insufficient blood circulation of a patient during leg movement. The integrated thrombus prevention device comprises a leg and foot movement section (5), the leg and foot movement section (5) comprising a support bottom plate (24), a housing (25), a transmission shaft (26), a crank (27), and a foot rest device (28); the housing (25) is fixedly connected to the support bottom plate (24); the transmission shaft (26) passes through the housing (25) and can rotate relative to the housing (25); two ends of the transmission shaft (26) are fixedly connected to the crank (27); the crank (27) is hinged to the foot rest device (28); a cylinder box (61), an air pump (62), an air delivery pipe (63), a cylinder (64), and an airbag (65) are provided on the support bottom plate (24), the air pump (62) being located in the housing (25), the cylinder (64) being located in the cylinder box (61), and the air delivery pipe (63) sequentially connecting the air pump (62), the cylinder (64), and the airbag (65) together; a transverse support section (4) is fixedly connected to the support bottom plate (24); the transmission shaft (26) drives the crank (27) to rotate, and the crank (27) drives the foot rest device (28) to move; the airbag (65) is used for being bound on the leg, and the air pressure inside the airbag (65) is changed by means of the cylinder (64) being controlled by the air pump (62), so that the airbag (65) massages the leg, and blood circulation is prompted by means of massage while the leg is pulled to move.
