Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated-type notebook keyboard comprising: a plurality of keycaps distributed at intervals; a plurality of scissor mechanisms and a plurality of elastic silica gel elements corresponding one-to-one to the keycaps; a plurality of fixed lower-pin clips corresponding one-to-one to a plurality of lower pins; and a printed circuit film; the bottom surface of each keycap is provided with fixed upper-pin clips for securing the scissor mechanisms; upon assembly, the upper pins of the scissor mechanisms are inserted into and secured in the fixed upper-pin clips; the lower pins of the scissor mechanisms are inserted into and secured in the fixed lower-pin clips; the fixed lower-pin clips and the notebook base are made of a same plastic material and are integrally injection-molded in a same mold to form a single integrated plastic body; alternatively, each of the fixed lower-pin clips and the notebook base are made of a same metal material and are die-casted in a same die to form a single integrated metallic body. The printed circuit film is fitted over the fixed lower-pin clips and is adhered flush on the notebook base; the bottoms of the elastic silica gel elements are fixed on printed circuit film switches.
