This integrated valve device is provided with: a body part (32), a flow rate adjustment valve body (36), a flow passage switching valve body (38), and a shaft member (34). The body part is provided with: a first inlet passage (301) and a second inlet passage (302) into which a predetermined fluid flows; and a first outlet passage (303), a second outlet passage (304), and a third outlet passage (305) from which the predetermined fluid flows out. The flow adjustment valve body is provided inside the body part, and adjusts the flow rate of the fluid flowing from the first inlet passage to the first outlet passage. The flow passage switching valve body is provided inside the body part; switches between a first communication state, in which the second inlet passage communicates with the second outlet passage and the third outlet passage is blocked, and a second communication state, in which the second inlet passage communicates with the third outlet passage and the second outlet passage is blocked; and switches the flow passage of the predetermined fluid inside a fluid circulation circuit. The shaft member is provided inside the body part, and links together the flow rate adjustment valve body and the flow switching valve body.
