The present invention relates to an integrated vehicle production planning system and a method therefor, the integrated vehicle production planning system being characterized by comprising: a production server which establishes a vehicle production plan for producing vehicles in a manufacturing plant that manufactures vehicles, and which makes it so that vehicles are produced in the manufacturing plant according to the established production plan; and an additional work server which establishes an additional work plan for an additional workplace where the vehicles produced in the manufacturing plant are stocked and additional work is performed, and which makes it so that additional work is performed on the stocked vehicles in the additional workplace according to the established additional work plan before the vehicles are sent out, wherein the additional work server transmits the additional work plan to the production server, and the production server edits the vehicle production plan to reflect the received additional work plan.
