Abstract:
An integrated voltage control apparatus (8) according to the present invention is provided with: a voltage distribution determining unit (24) that calculates respective control amounts for a plurality of voltage controlled devices on the basis of measured values of voltages at points on a power distribution line; a tap position determining unit (25) that determines, on the basis of the control amounts, respective tap position change amounts about which commands are provided to a plurality of local voltage control apparatuses; and a tap change amount managing unit (26) that limits the change amounts when receiving, from the local voltage control apparatuses, limit signals each indicating that the tap position of the voltage controlled device being controlled by the corresponding local voltage control apparatus reaches the upper limit or the lower limit of a settable range.
