Provided in the present invention is an integrated washing and drying machine capable of dehumidifying, merely by means of mounting an accessory member, a space in which the integrated washing and drying machine is arranged. An integrated drum-type washing and drying machine (1) comprises: a box body (2); an accommodating chamber (20) for accommodating laundry; a circulation air path (22); an air supply portion (8) which is arranged in the circulation air path (22) and circulates air in the accommodating chamber (20); heat pump units (9, 10, 12) for dehumidifying/heating air flowing through the circulation air path (22); and a door (3) for opening and closing an access opening (4) of the box body (2), wherein an accessory member (50) is arranged in the integrated drum-type washing and drying machine (1), and the accessory member (50) is mounted onto the access opening (4) in the state in which the door (3) is opened, such that air returning to the accommodating chamber (20) by means of the circulation air path (22) is discharged from the access opening (4) to the front of the outside of the machine, and air in a space in which the box body (2) is arranged flows into the accommodating chamber (20) by means of the access opening (4).
