Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of winding and arranging devices, and disclosed therein is an integrated winding and arranging device for flannel production, comprising a housing, a dust suction bin is welded to a surface of the housing, and filter screens are mounted at upper and lower ends of an inner wall of the dust suction bin; fans are mounted at upper and lower ends of a surface of the dust suction bin; a safety bin is mounted on an inner wall of the housing, and a guide rail is mounted on an inner wall of the safety bin; a spring is mounted on an inner wall of the guide rail, and a large rotating disc is mounted on the other side of the surface of the spring; and a cutting knife is mounted on one side of the inner wall of the housing, and the inner wall of the housing and the inner wall of the safety bin are cooperatively and rotationally connected to guide wheels. Impurities of flannel which has just been produced are adsorbed by means of the dust suction bin, and collection by a motor is promptly suspended by means of the safety bin by utilizing tension after short piles occur on a fabric, thus greatly reducing machine idling; in addition, the objective of automatically cutting the fabric is achieved by means of a control bin, which greatly reduces manpower consumption, and thickness is controlled.
