Abstract:
This intellectual work assistance system comprises: a first determination unit (32) that determines the start time for imparting a refreshing stimulus which is for alleviating the cognitive stress of a user who is performing intellectual work; a second determination unit (33) that determines a period of time for imparting the refreshing stimulus; and a control unit (34) that, by controlling an actuator, imparts the refreshing stimulus to the user for the determined period of time starting from the determined start time which is a start point.
